Born on the 7th of February 1812; Charles John Huffam Dickens was an English writer regarded by many as one of the world’s greatest novelists. Dickens has numerous books attributed to his name including some of his most known works such as The Adventures of Oliver Twist, David Copperfield and A Christmas Carol. Charles Dickens passed away June 9, 1870 after suffering from a stroke just one day prior.
